Suite Style
Our suite style units are a modern twist on residence hall living and are available in both private and shared occupancy. A private suite will comfortably house 2 individuals; one in each bedroom with one shared bathroom. A shared suite will comfortably house 4 individuals; two in each bedroom and two bathrooms assigned with the two bedrooms.
Junior Suite Style
Our junior suite style rooms are centrally located on campus and are available in single and double units. Residents enjoy Agnes Edwards amenities like a 24-hour computer lab, free laundry, food court, and much more. Single rooms has one resident who shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the adjacent suite. Double rooms has two residents who share the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the adjacent suite.
Traditional Style
Harris Hall is located on the corner of Boucher and McKinley Street. Harris is nestled on the outskirts of UL Lafayette’s beautiful Rose Garden residence hall area. Just down the road from Girard Park and near the Student Union. Recently remodeled to suit the modern student’s lifestyle, Harris houses students who understand that camaraderie is an essential element of the college experience.
Apartments
These apartments offer on campus convenience with off campus luxury for upperclassmen. Units come with a private bedroom and bathroom, full-service kitchen, washer and dryer, and private patio/balcony. Legacy Park has 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units available and The Heritage has 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units available.
Residents are required to have at least 30 credit hours to be eligible for Legacy Park Apartments and 60 or more credit hours and be at least 20 years old to be eligible for The Heritage Apartments.
Family Housing
The Cottages at Cajun Village apartments give married couples and single parents the opportunity to pursue an education while maintaining an affordable and convenient on campus lifestyle. This community offers all the amenities you’d expect from a traditional apartment complex, only well within reach of everything UL Lafayette has to offer. That means quick access to academic halls, Dupré Library, campus dining, and social and recreation events — all with the added privacy and security that your family needs. Best of all, students who choose family housing are enriched by a diverse community of like-minded individuals — fathers, mothers, husbands, and wives who share in your pursuits.
